Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds are available for eBook purchases if requested within 60 days of the transaction, provided the eBook has not been downloaded or excessively accessed.
Refunds may also be considered on a case-by-case basis if there are documented issues with accessing or using the eBook.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact our customer service at customerservice@globaltraveler.us.com. Please include your order number and reason for the refund request.

We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving a request.
